Zero Point Yogurt Fluff

Use this base for yogurt bowls, dessert, and so much more! It's super versatile, filling, and the best of all zero WW points!

One my absolute favorite staples since starting Weight Watchers a few years ago, was this zero point yogurt fluff. It is the base to all of my yogurt bowls and even makes an amazing dessert all by itself! I used to always hear people add sugar free cheesecake pudding mix to non fat greek yogurt and mix it and when I tried it I just wasn’t impressed, it tasted way too tangy, so I decided to make my own spin on it and have been hooked ever since!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Non Fat Greek Yogurt – I prefer Fage brand. Gives it a thicker consistency
  • Sugar free pudding mix- Jell-O Cheesecake or Simply Delish Vanilla are my two favorite
  • Fat Free Reddi Whip- this is what gives it a fluffy texture. You can also use regular whip cream just adjust the points accordingly
  • 1 tbsp of 0 point creamer or almond/oat milk. I use 1 tbsp of nutpods, but you want something to wet the pudding mixture.

For the yogurt, I find the Fage 0% to work best here but you can use any non fat plain greek yogurt that you prefer! I just find the texture of Fage to be so great for this yogurt fluff. This is the base to so many of my recipes, and great on its own!

Next up you will need pudding mixture. To keep it zero, I use sugar free pudding mix, but feel free to use regular and adjust your points! I typically use the sugar free Jell-O Cheesecake mix. This can be purchased at most places and is very easy to find! 4 grams of this mixture is zero points. (I weigh everything in grams, it is a game changer for getting the most for your points!

To make it have a fluffier texture, I love adding fat free reddi whip. You can have just under 4 tablespoons for zero points! Again, I weigh everything in grams so its 9 grams for zero points! Adding this to the mixture levels it up so much!

Now the last step that to me, levels this entire bowl up is adding 1 tbsp of zero point creamer (or almond milk/oatmilk would work just fine too!) I use 1 tbsp of my Nutpods coffee creamer. Wetting the pudding mixture and mixing it with a splash of creamer or milk is what to me, separates this from just mixing the pudding mix with yogurt and getting that tangy/tart taste.

HOW TO USE THIS YOGURT FLUFF

This yogurt fluff is the base to so many things for me. It also is amazing alone. It is super high in protein, and that helps keeps us full longer which is a win win! I like to even eat it alone if I need to save points but want something delicious and filling. One of my other favorite ways is in my Yogurt & Oatmeal bowl. I have also had it alone with just fruit, or even added peanut butter and chocolate chips for a sweet treat. It is so versatile! You can meal prep a few of them ahead of time too which makes it even easier to reach for a great zero point option!

CAN I MAKE IT AHEAD OF TIME?

Totally! I like to make a feel bowls at a time when I have all of the ingredients out. I typically make 4 at a time, and they keep perfect in the fridge up to 5 days or so!

This is my absolute favorite I add 1 point worth of Lily’s chocolate chips and it is like eating chocolate chip ice cream! I feel guilty eating it that it’s so good!

My favorite snack or dessert, especially if I’m having a challenging day or week. Delicious, rich, satisfying as a base or all by itself. Nothing about it tastes “weight watchers.”

The recipe sounds good, but when I added the ingredients on the Weight Watchers app to calculate the number of points, it shows that it is four points for 1 g. To me that seems to be a fairly expensive snack.
Would it be possible for you to recheck your calculations to verify that it really is zero points? I am now in a quandary of whether or not I should make it for an upcoming event. I know there will be several people who are in Weight Watchers attending. It has been requested that we provide nutritional information if we are bringing something homemade. Thank you.

    1. I can guarantee its zero points on WW so I’m not sure what the discepency would be! The yogurt is zero points, it has to be non fat greek yogurt.
