Low Point Yogurt and Oatmeal Bowl
One of my absolute favorite, non-egg breakfasts, has been this insanely low point but very filling Yogurt and Oatmeal bowl. Now I know what you’re thinking, hot oatmeal on cold yogurt?! But TRUST me on this one. The combination is out of this world, and I add a little Magic Spoon cereal on top for some crunch, and it’s one of the most delicious and filling breakfasts I’ve had.
What You’ll Need
- Yogurt bowl base – get the recipe here
- Better Oats 100 Calorie pack (2 points)
- Magic Spoon cereal (1/4 cup for 1 point)
How to Make It
This couldn’t be more simple! Once you have assembled the yogurt fluff for the base (refer to my recipe for zero point yogurt fluff) you will make the Better Oats oatmeal according to the package. Once that it done, Just add the cooked oatmeal right on top of the yogurt. You can eat this by itself for 2 points but for some crunch I add 1/4 cup of Magic Spoon cereal (I prefer Maple Waffle or Peanut Butter for this bowl)
More About Better Oats Cereal
Next you will use the Better Oats 100 calorie oatmeal packets. Make it according to the directions or however you prefer but we want it cooked here! I use Maple & Brown Sugar or the Cinnamon roll. I typically find these at Target, but have also ordered in bulk on amazon here.
I love this oatmeal by itself, but if I’m being honest something I learned about myself is that if I eat it without adding it to something like yogurt, I am hungry in what feels like 5 minutes later. Adding the zero point yogurt fluff gives it a nice boost in protein and protein helps us feel fuller longer!

What Other Toppings Can I Use?
The options are endless! I love to add sliced banana for zero points, or if I want to add more protein and flavor I add 1 tbsp for 2 points of Own Your Hunger Wonderspread Peanut Butter (I get it off of amazon! 2 tbsp is 3 points! Grab it here.
You can use any cereal or crunch option here too. I prefer the Magic Spoon but anything works here, just make sure you adjust your points and nutritional information accordingly!
