Easy Lightened-Up Brownie Sundae
One thing that is a MUST for me, is dessert. My sweet tooth knows no bounds. So when I started my WW journey, it was imperative that I find staples that satisfied my cravings while also allowing me to stick to my daily points. Having 3 kids, dessert at night when they go to bed is just therapeutic to me, and some nights I just need to be so simple and effortless. This dessert is made from some of my favorite staples that I always have on hand!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
It only takes 4 ingredients that I always have on hand to make this delicious 6 point brownie sundae!
- Fiber One Brownie– 2 ww points
- 3/4 cup Nicks Vanilla Bean ice cream– 3 WW points (or any low point ice cream of your choice)
- 4 tbsp Fat Free Reddi Whip – 0 ww points
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Smuckers Hot Fudge – 1 WW point
HOW TO MAKE THIS 6 POINT WW BROWNIE SUNDAE:
This couldn’t be any simpler! I just add the fiber one brownie into a bowl and microwave it for 20 seconds. Add 3/4 of the vanilla bean ice cream on top. For me, I like to microwave the container of ice cream for about 20 seconds to soften it, or if you know in advance you’re making this, you can thaw it on the counter for bout 10 minutes. This makes the ice cream SO much more delicious in my opinion! Next up, add 4 tbsp of fat free reddi whip, and top it with 1 tbsp of Smuckers sugar free hot fudge sauce!
That’s it! It is so decadent and delicious and most important, super easy! I love fitting dessert into my daily points, its so doable, and for me makes this journey sustainable! Enjoy!
