Zero Point Yogurt Fluff

Use this base for yogurt bowls, dessert, and so much more! It's super versatile, filling, and the best of all zero WW points!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fage 0% greek yogurt (can use any non fat greek yogurt I just prefer and only use fage!)
  • 4 grams sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (can use regular pudding mix but it will add one point)
  • 9 grams fat free reddi whip
  • 1 tbsp oatmilk (or any almond milk/creamer that is zero points for a small serving)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together 3/4 cup (can do more if you prefer) of non fat greek yogurt, 4 grams of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 9 grams of fat free reddi whip, and 1 tbsp of oat milk (or almond milk or zero point coffee creamer) 
  • Stir until completely mixded together and forms a fluffy texture.

Notes

Can double/triple the recipe and store in the fridge 3-4 days.
