Ingredients
3/4cupfage 0% greek yogurt(can use any non fat greek yogurt I just prefer and only use fage!)
4 gramssugar free cheesecake pudding mix(can use regular pudding mix but it will add one point)
9 grams fat free reddi whip
1tbspoatmilk(or any almond milk/creamer that is zero points for a small serving)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together 3/4 cup (can do more if you prefer) of non fat greek yogurt, 4 grams of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 9 grams of fat free reddi whip, and 1 tbsp of oat milk (or almond milk or zero point coffee creamer)
Stir until completely mixded together and forms a fluffy texture.

Can double/triple the recipe and store in the fridge 3-4 days.
