Chicken Egg & Cheese Breakfast Crunch Wrap (2 WW Points)

This protein packed, simple breakfast is one of my favorites when I want something quick and filling but low in WW Points. This comes to only 2 points and has over 35 grams of protein! Can't beat that.

When it comes to breakfast, I look for a few things. Quick, minimal ingredients, and high in protein. This breakfast crunch wrap checks all of those boxes! It comes together in under 10 minutes, takes 4 ingredients (5 if you add the ketchup) and keeps me full for hours from having approximately 35 grams of protein!

The idea of chicken on a breakfast sandwich originally seemed strange, but then I thought of the Chick-Fil-A Egg White Chicken grill and that inspired me to make this!

what you need To make this chicken egg & cheese breakfast crunch wrap

These are the items I used that I had on hand, but you can definitely make some swaps if needed. Here is what I used:

  • 1 CutDaCarb Flatbread- These are 1 point and huge and are an absolute favorite of mine. They can only be purchased through their website and I personally find it worth it (I have no affiliation or code, just love them) but if you don’t want to use those, I would suggest using a Josephs Lavash Flatbread for 2 Points. These can typically be found at Walmart.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Slices of Steak-Umm Chicken– I find these in the freezer aisle at my ShopRite and I LOVE them. Super quick to cook, high in protein, and delish. If you have trouble using them you can definitely use any sort of grilled chicken here.
  • 1 Slice Velveeta Cheese- 1 Point
  • No Sugar Added Ketchup- optional

How To Make This Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Crunch Wrap

First things first, cook up your chicken and your 2 eggs until fully cooked. Next, you are going to lay open a Cut Da Carb flat bread, and add a slice of cheese to the center. Add the ketchup if you are using it, then top it with the 2 eggs and the cooked chicken.

To fold the wrap “crunch wrap” style, start by folding the lower right corner in (see pictures below) then following the pattern going clockwise. Fold the center, in, the lower left, then switch to the top left, top center, and top right until the inside is covered. Spray with cooking spray and add to a heated pan, seam side down. Cook about 3 minutes until the wrap looks golden brown, flip, and cook an additional 3 minutes. I am far from perfect doing this, but it always gets the job done!

Once its done, cut in half and enjoy!
