WW Trader Joes Grocery Haul

Trader Joes is one of my FAVORITE places to shop, and they have so many of my WW Staples there. Here are some of the things I grabbed on my most recent shopping trip and the Weight Watchers points will be listed here also.

I don’t get to make it to shop at Trader Joes as often as I’d like, the closest one is about 25-30 minutes away from me, and while that’s not super far, its not somewhere I shop weekly. I try to go once a month, and they have some great frozen options that I stock my deep freezer with to always have on hand.

Since starting my WW Journey I have found so many things that are in my regular rotation at TJ’s, so here are a few that I grabbed recently. Trader Joe’s is known for seasonal items and changing product often, so things could always change, but these are some favs!

  • GREEN GODDESS DRESSING: You can have FOUR tablespoons, yes FOUR, of this green goddess salad dressing.
  • ZERO POINT CORN ON THE COB: I always love to have corn on the cob on hand, especially in the summer for grilling season.
  • ASIAN VEGETABLE STIR FRY: These veggies are super convenient to have on hand, are zero points, and make a great stir fry with some zero point chicken or shrimp! Add rice or the riced cauliflower for a complete low point meal!
  • BUTTERNUT SQUASH ZIG ZAGS: These make a wonderful zero point side. Roast them with spray oil and your favorite seasonings.
  • SLICED ROASTED TURKEY BREAST: I absolutely love these ready to eat, zero point sliced turkey, Turkey sandwiches with REAL turkey is one of my favorite things so this totally hits the spot. I also love to just throw some low point Heinz turkey Gravy over it with mashed potatoes and a veggie for a quick dinner.
  • CHICKEN ASADA: You can have this ENTIRE package of Chicken Asada for only 2 points. It’s super delicious by itself, or you can throw it in a low point wrap for fajita vibes!
  • SPINACH AND KALE GREEK YOGURT DIP: 2 TBSP for 1 WW point. Great as a veggie dip or with low point tortilla chips.
  • CHUNKY GUACAMOLE– 3 TBSP for 1 point! So delicious, use as a dip, or I even add it to bread with an egg for a quick “avocado” toast vibe.
  • 96/4 LEAN GROUND BEEF– Sometimes you just need REAL ground beef and my favorite to grab is this 96/4 lean ground beef. Makes awesome burgers, tacos, meatballs, and more. 4oz raw for 3 WW points.
  • CHICKEN MEATBALLS: I love these meatballs in a pinch, They are a good size and only 1 point each.
  • RICED CAULIFLOWER STIR FRY: I always have this in my freezer! 1 point per cup, such good flavor, and a great way to do a chinese “fake out” night. Have it alone, or add 1/2 cup of rice for 3 points to bulk it up! I love adding chicken and an egg for zero also!
  • SPICY MEXICAN STYLE RICED CAULIFLOWER: They aren’t kidding when they say SPICY, so if spice isnt you’re thing you def want to skip this. But I myself, LOVE spicy food and this is one of my absolute favorites. 1 point per cup, my favorite way to use it is in my Ground Chicken Salsa Cauliflower mixture.
  • FROZEN MASHED POTATOES– These are a MUST have for me. 3 points for a generous serving, cooks in minutes, and are delicious!
  • DR PRAEGER CALIFORNIA VEGGIES BURGERS: I always grab these to keep in the freezer. They’re only 2 points and super tasty! I love to eat them alone, with a salad, or on a hamburger roll!
  • CAULIFLOWER GNOCCHI: Also from the freezer section, these are absolutely DELICIOUS in the air fryer! I love the serve mine with a side of marinara sauce. You can have 1 cup for 3 points or the whole bag for 7!
  • BEAN, RICE & CHEESE BURRITOS: These are SO awesome for only 4 WW points!!
  • MINI CHICKEN CILANTRO WONTONS– If you have an air fryer, you HAVE to try these in there! We serve these at every party, and they are a crowd favorite, WW or not! You can have 4 for 1 point, 8 for 2 points, 11 for 3 points.
  • TURKEY CORN DOGS- 5 Points.. these are honestly so good, feel so indulgent, and even my kids eat them!
  • FROZEN HASHBROWNS– I honestly think these are better than any fast food hash brown I’ve ever heard. 4 points, I love to add zero point eggs and low point turkey sausage for a delicious breakfast!
  • GONE BERRY CRAZY CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES– You can have 6 of these for 4 points and they are a great sweet treat.
  • RED PEPPER SPREAD- This spread is only 1 point for 2 tbsp and goes great on pita pizzas, chicken breast, or toast! Here is a recipe for my Chicken Caprese Pita Pizza that uses it!
  • FAT FREE REFRIED BEANS- I love having zero point refried beans in the pantry at all times. Go great as a side, with tacos, in wraps, or with eggs for breakfast!
  • LIGHT CREAM CHEESE– 1 tbsp for 1 point
  • EGG BITES– I absolutely LOVE these. They only take 1 minute in the microwave and are super fluffy and delicious. Whole package is only 2 points!
