Air Fried Brussels Sprout Chips

These air fried brussels sprouts are one of my favorite sides! Zero points on WW, super crunchy & delicious.

I have always seen such a love/hate relationship for Brussels Sprouts, but for me.. I LOVE them. If there are crispy brussels on the menu at a restaurant, I can assure you I am ordering them! Brussels Sprouts are a great way to add fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids, and Vitamin C to your diet. When they are cooked this way they are crunchy on the outside, soft on the middle, and I love to personally dip mine into some djion mustard!

What You’ll Need

  • Brussels Sprouts– fresh, washed and ends cut off.
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Spray Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder or any seasoning of your choice

That’s it! Super simple ingredient list, which is right up my alley. I like to keep things as simple as possible when cooking, especially being a mom to 3 little kids! Time is of the essence here!

How to Make These Air Fried Brussels Sprout Chips

This recipe is SUPER simple! First up, take some fresh brussels sprouts and cut the end off. Place them in a microwave safe bowl with 1 tbsp or water and microwave for 4 minutes. Once they are out, place them on a cutting board, and grab something to smash them with. You can use a coffee mug, a wine bottle, whatever you want! I used a coffee mug. Smash each brussels sprout down til its flat. It could be a little watery from microwaving so just pay dry with a paper towel. Spray quickly with olive oil spray, sprinkle some garlic powder or any seasoning of your choice, and place in the air fryer that’s been pre-heated at 375 degrees.

Air fry about 5-6 minutes, flip, then air fry an additional 4-5 minutes.

I love to dip these in mustard or eat them by themselves.

Enjoy!
