Healthier Chocolate Mug Cake
One thing about me is I have a MAJOR sweet tooth, I would eat sweets for breakfast. lunch, and dinner if I could. Chocolate especially is my weakness! When I started this WW journey, I KNEW I wasn’t going to be able to give up my desserts, so finding ways to fit them into my daily WW points was going to be important! Now don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy real chocolate cake on occasion, but this 3 point chocolate mug cake has been something I’ve been able to fit into my daily routine while still having success on WW!
The best part is, it comes together in literally minutes, and is made from ingredients I always have in my pantry anyway!
I love to eat it alone, or save extra points and add some toppings! Some of my favorite toppings include fat free reddi whip, sugar free caramel syrup, a tbsp of peanut butter, or some low point chocolate chips! This also goes GREAT with a scoop of ice cream!
What You’ll Need

- Kodiak Cakes (Dark Chocolate preferable but can use any!) 2 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar Free PB Fit (Or any PB powder you have!) 2tbsp
- Sweetener of choice (mine is Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener!) (optional: 1 tsp)
- 6 tbsp of water
Thats it! Literally things I always have in my house.
How To Make This Healthier Chocolate Mug Cake
This could not be simpler! In a coffee mug, mix together 2 tbsp dark chocolate kodaik cake mix, 2 tbsp sugar free pb fit, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 6 tbsp of water, and 1 tsp of sweetener. Once fully mixed together, pop in the microwave for about 1 minute! That’s it! I told you it was easy!
