WW Target Grocery Haul
Hey guys! I have always loved when others shared their grocery hauls, and it is something I’ve done since starting my Weight Watchers journey a few years ago. Getting ideas for things I may have otherwise walked by has been so helpful in my journey! I spend a lot of time walking up and down the aisles, scanning things trying to see the points value, and bringing home new items to try! Then there are my staples, things that are tried and true, that always make it into my shopping cart!
Recently I ran into Target (who doesn’t love a good Target trip!?) and grabbed a few things so I wanted to share them here for you!
- Extra Crispy Shake and Bake – 1/8th packet is 1 point. This has been a huge WW staple of mine since I started! I mostly use it on chicken in the air fryer and it comes out AMAZING!
- Olive Garden Light Italian dressing– 2 tbsp is 1 point. This is one of my absolute favorite dressings. You would never know its “light”. I love to use it on salads or even to marinate chicken.
- Tumaros 1 point wraps. These are my favorite low point wraps. I use them for quesadillas, turkey wraps, air fried tortilla chips, and so much more!
- Goodles Mac & Cheese – 7 points for 1 serving. If you are craving Mac & Cheese thats a little lower in points and has a ton of protein, this is a great option! Add some zero point chicken and veggies to bulk it up and you have a great meal!
- Heinz Savory Beef Gravy– 1/4 cup is 1 point. They have so many great flavors of this and I love to use them for open face turkey sandwiches or on my mashed potatoes or rotisserie chicken!
- Rays No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce- 2 tbsp for ZERO points. This stuff is AMAZING. It is by far the best zero point bbq sauce I’ve had. It’s thick and tastes totally normal to me. I use it for pita pizzas, to dip chicken in, and so much more.
- Primal Kitchen Ketchup- 1 tbsp is zero points. I LOVE ketchup and can use quite a bit of it. I love that I can have a tbsp of this for zero points and it tastes just like regular old ketchup.
- Hellmans Light Mayo- 1 tbsp for 1 point. I couldn’t live without this! I use it for everything you use regular mayo for!
- Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon– Canadian bacon is one of my favorite low point breakfast meats. You can have 3 slices for just one point, or 1 point for zero!
- KidFresh chicken meatballs– I originally bought these for my kids and when I tasted them I was so impressed I checked the points of them and was beyond happy to see you can have 6 meatballs for 3 points!
- Favorite Day reduced calorie cookie dough ice cream- This is my favorite lower calorie ice cream that I’ve found! You can have 2/3 cup for only 4 points, or if you eat the whole pint it is only 13 points.
- Smuckers Reduced Sugar Uncrustables– 6 points for these! The regular version is 8 points, but the reduced sugar version saves you 2 WW points! They are so good, and I love to have them on hand in a pinch! I add a banana or apple on the side to help fill me up more!
- Good & Gather reduced fat provolone– This cheese is such a great low point option! A regular slice of provoline can run up to 5 points but these are only 2 WW Points and taste delish!
- Veggies Made Great Spinach Egg White Frittata– 2 of these are 3 WW points and such a great option when you are on the go.
- Applegate Oven Roasted Turkey– This deli turkey is ZERO points on WW!
- Kodiak Buttermilk Powercakes- 4 points for 1/2 cup of the dry mix, i mix it with water and it makes the BEST low point pancakes! I love to add fresh blueberries or some low sugar chocolate chips! So versatilze for baking too!
- Better Oats 100 Calorie Oatmeal– I have never been the biggest fan of oatmeal, but these packets for only 2 WW points are AMAZING. I love to add them to my yogurt bowls or eat them by themselves with some fruit!
- Fiber One Cinnamon Coffe Cake– 2 points per bar. I love having these heat up in the microwave with a cup of coffee!
- Pop Secret Jumbo Popcorn Kernels– Zero points. I use a silicone microwave popcorner maker that I got from amazon (you can find that here) ..
- Premier Protein (Chocolate) 2 points per container. These are great by themselves, but I also use them for protein pudding and for ice cream in my Ninja Creami!
- Corn on the cob– I always have to have some zero point corn on the cob on hand!
- Lauras 96/4 ground beef– this is my favorite lean beef! I love making burgers and tacos with it! 4 oz is only 3 points! Tastes great!
Thats all I grabbed this trip, but I am always going and looking for new things so stay tuned for a new haul!
