Dessert is a must around here, and what better than packing it with over 40g of protein!? This recipe only requires 4 ingredients that I always have in my pantry. The combination of flavors will satisfy your sweet tooth, and best of all, you can the ENTIRE thing for only 4 Weight Watchers points.

What you’ll need to make this protein pudding

These are the ingredients I used to make this. All items I always have on hand and that have been super helpful throughout my weight loss journey with Weight Watchers.

  • PURE PROTEIN SHAKE- I get these from Walmart, and I love them using for these recipes but they are only 1 point. You can definitely use any other premier protein shake here but just adjust the points accordingly. I used vanilla, but this would be great with chocolate too. I use the entire shake here.
  • SUGAR FREE PB FIT- 3 TBSP FOR 1 point– I get this off Amazon and it’s by far my favorite peanut butter powder. You can absolutely use any powdered peanut butter you have on hand, just double check the portion for how many points.
  • 3 TBSP SUGAR FREE BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING MIX– or 20 grams
  • LILYS CHOCOLATE CHIPS- 10 grams or approx 40 chocolate chips

Now of course you can substitute any of these items with things you have, just adjust your points accordingly!

How to make this protein pudding

This couldn’t be easier! I used my Ninja bullet here, but you can use a blender, food processor, a hand whisk, or even a hand frother.

Place the whole protein shake, the 3 tbsp pb fit, and the 3 tbsp butterscotch pudding mix in the blender and mix.Pour into a bowl, add the chocolate chips, then cover and refrigerate to set. Technically it will be ready in about 5 minutes, but I like it after it sits a bit so I would say 30 min to an hour (or overnight of course). This makes a great meal prep as it will stay good in the fridge for a few days.

You can make a few batches of this at a time and refrigerate 3-5 days. You can also split this into 2-3 servings if you don’t want to eat the whole thing at once, which will lower the points per serving!

Enjoy!
