Air Fried Stuffed Mini Peppers

These peppers are sure to become a new favorite! Only 4 ingredients and takes under 10 minutes!

If I had to pick my most popular recipe over the last few years, it would HAVE to be these insanely delicious, easy, air fried stuffed mini peppers. These are a hit whether you are on WW or not! There are so many variations you can do too! I have added shredded or ground chicken, or you can use cream cheese or any other cheese mixture you think sounds good! This version I am about to share is my favorite!

WHat YOu’ll Need To Make This

These easy air fried mini peppers require only 4 ingredients! You’ll need a bag of mini sweet peppers (zero ww points), 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges, 20 grams of fat free cheddar cheese, and about 1 tbsp of chopped jalapenos. Of course you can make these without them if you prefer! You also can use any shredded cheese you want, just make sure to adjust your points.

Cut the tops off of the peppers and scoop out any seeds. In a bowl mix together the laughing cow, cheddar, and jalapenos. Spoon it into the mini pepper and I find it best to press it down with my thumb. You want to leave a little bit of roo

Pre-heat the air fryer to 375. Place the stuffed peppers in and air fry about 5-6 minutes.

Misc Tips

Mini peppers vary in size! Sometimes I can make 7 peppers out of thse, sometimes 5. I usually start with 5 and then cut more as I see I have more mixture left.

You also can do so many variations! Adding shredded or ground chicken to them is an awesome way to bulk them up and get some protein. I have also used reduced fat cream cheese in place of the laughing cow. Get creative!

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can definitely bake them… It will take a few more minutes but I would just keep checking after 5.

You can of course double/triple the recipe to serve as an appetizer at a party!

  • 6 mini sweet peppers (top cut off and seeds removed)
  • 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges
  • 20 grams Kraft Fat Free cheddar
  • 1 tbsp chopped, jarred jalapenos


  • Cut the tops off of 6 mini peppers and make sure the seeds are taken out
  • In a bowl, mix together 2 laughing cow light cheese wedges, 20 grams fat free shredded cheese, and 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
  • Spread the mixture into the mini peppers, I find it helpful to press the mixture in with my thumb.
  • Place into an air fryer that has been pre heated to 375
  • Air Fry for 5-6 minutes
