Zero Point Popcorn has become my favorite Weight Watchers snack! Any kernels that you pop yourself are zero, and the options are endless when it comes to seasonings! Sweet, salty, or a combination of the both!

Equipment

  • 1 silicone popcorn maker

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp popcorn kernerls

Instructions

  • Add one serving of popcorn kernels to the bottom of the silicone microwave popper.
  • Put the lid on securely.
  • Microwave about 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
  • Spray butter before seasoning.
  • Add seasoning of your choice.

Notes

Popcorn is zero points if popped yourself! (unless you are on the WW Diabetic plan)
