Ingredients
1lb98% ground chicken(or fat free ground turkey)
1packageGreen Giant mexican style cauliflower(or any cauliflower mixture of your choice)
1 cup salsa(I use Tostitos Chunky Medium)
1tsp chili powder
1tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Add the package of ground chicken to pan, sprinkle with the chili & garlic powder, and begin to cook the chicken
While the chicken is cooking, microwave your caulifower rice according to the package
Cook the ground chicken fully through, about 10 or so minutes
Once the chicken is cooked, add the cup of salsa, and the bag of cooked cauliflower to the pan. Mix all together and enjoy!
