Zero Point Mexi-Cauli Chicken Mix

This zero point mexi-cauli chicken mix is super easy to make , packed with protein, and super versatile for recipes! I always have a batch ready to go to whip up taco bowls, wraps, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 98% ground chicken (or fat free ground turkey)
  • 1 package Green Giant mexican style cauliflower (or any cauliflower mixture of your choice)
  • 1 cup salsa (I use Tostitos Chunky Medium)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add the package of ground chicken to pan, sprinkle with the chili & garlic powder, and begin to cook the chicken
  • While the chicken is cooking, microwave your caulifower rice according to the package
  • Cook the ground chicken fully through, about 10 or so minutes
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the cup of salsa, and the bag of cooked cauliflower to the pan. Mix all together and enjoy!
