Ingredients
1packetBetter Oats Oatmeal (Maple Brown Sugar or Cinnamon Roll)
3tbspKodiak Buttermilk pancakes
1/2cupfat free cottage cheese
1egg
3tbspwater
1 tspbaking powder
1tspcinnamon
1/4cupfresh blueberries(optional)
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients besdies the blueberries to a blender and blend about 30 seconds
Pre Heat a pan or griddle to low/medium heat
Add blueberries to the pancake mix and let sit about 5 minutes (optional)
Spray the pan with cooking spray and add the pancake batter into 3 good sized pancakes
Wait about 3-4 minutes until you see the pancakes start to bubble up a bit before flipping.
Flip, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until pancakes are cooked through.
