Lightened Up Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

This super simple take on an ice cream sandwich was the perfect treat that kept my WW Points low! Only 2 ingredients needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 Alyssas Healthy Oatmeal Bites
  • 3 tbsp Nicks Light Vanilla ice cream (or any ice cream you prefer)

Instructions

  • Take 2 Alyssas Heathy Oatmeal Bites, flatten them lightly with your hand, and add to parchment paper.
  • Freeze the bites for about 10-15 minutes to harden them up a bit.
  • Add approx 3 tbsp of light ice cream and assemble the sandwich

Notes

If you adjust ingredients just adjust your points in the WW app.
For the ice cream, I suggest leaving it on the counter for at least 10-15 minutes or microwaving it approximately 20 seconds.
