Ingredients
2Alyssas Healthy Oatmeal Bites
3 tbspNicks Light Vanilla ice cream(or any ice cream you prefer)
Instructions
Take 2 Alyssas Heathy Oatmeal Bites, flatten them lightly with your hand, and add to parchment paper.
Freeze the bites for about 10-15 minutes to harden them up a bit.
Add approx 3 tbsp of light ice cream and assemble the sandwich

If you adjust ingredients just adjust your points in the WW app.For the ice cream, I suggest leaving it on the counter for at least 10-15 minutes or microwaving it approximately 20 seconds.
