Easy, lightened up version of one of my favorite breakfasts growing up. Minimal ingredients and takes only 5 miutes to make! This was a childhood favorite of mine, and being able to make it for such low WW points and lightened up has made this delicious, easy breakfast a staple!

Ingredients
2slices647 italian or white bread(or any low point bread of your choice)
2eggs
spray butter
salt & pepper to taste
cooking spray to coat pan
Instructions
Takes 2 slices of low point bread and stack them on top of each other.
Cut out a hole in the center using a knife, a glass, or just pushing through with your hand! All methods work here.
reserve the 2 cut out slices of bread
Pre-heat a pan on medium/low heat and spray with cooking spray
Add the bread and crack an egg into each hole
Cook for about 2 minutes and flip everything
Cook for another 2-3 minutes depending how you like your eggs
I use the little extra pieces that were toasted to dip my in my egg!
