Healthy Crispy Chicken Sandwich Dupe

This lightened up chicken sandwich will satisfy your McChicken craving with a fraction of the points/calories. 30 grams of protein!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz 98% ground chicken
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • salt, pepper, parlic powder (to taste)
  • 12g extra crispy shake and bake
  • 4g flour (optional)
  • 2 tbsp egg beaters (or one egg)
  • 1 hamburger bun, 647 preferrably (any will do just adjust points)
  • 1 tbsp light mayo (optional topping)
  • sliced pickles (optional topping)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix 4oz of ground chicken, 1 tsp of yellow mustard, salt and pepper, and mix together to form a patty, You can add a little garlic power or splash of pickle juice if you prefer
  • Once formed into a patty, coat it in 4 grams of flour, dip it into the 3tbsp of egg beaters, then into the 12 grams of extra crispy shake and bake
  • Add patty into an air fryer thats been heated to 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
  • Add cooked chicken patty to a 647 bun (or any bun you prefer just adjust points/cals)
  • I love to top mine with a tbsp of light mayo and some sliced pickles!
