Ingredients
4oz98% ground chicken
1tspyellow mustard
salt, pepper, parlic powder(to taste)
12gextra crispy shake and bake
4gflour(optional)
2 tbspegg beaters(or one egg)
1hamburger bun, 647 preferrably(any will do just adjust points)
1tbsplight mayo(optional topping)
sliced pickles(optional topping)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix 4oz of ground chicken, 1 tsp of yellow mustard, salt and pepper, and mix together to form a patty, You can add a little garlic power or splash of pickle juice if you prefer
Once formed into a patty, coat it in 4 grams of flour, dip it into the 3tbsp of egg beaters, then into the 12 grams of extra crispy shake and bake
Add patty into an air fryer thats been heated to 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
Add cooked chicken patty to a 647 bun (or any bun you prefer just adjust points/cals)
I love to top mine with a tbsp of light mayo and some sliced pickles!
