This easy, delicious, filling breakfast crunch wrap is the perfect way to start your day! This version is only 4 WW points, and feels so indulgent!

Ingredients
1CutDaCarb flatbread
2Eggs
1slicevelveeta cheese(or any cheese of your choice)
2slicescenter cut bacon(cooked)
1tbspno sugar added ketchup(optional)
Instructions
First up, cook the eggs how you prefer. I do 2 eggs in a pan with cooking spray and fold it into a patty. You can also scramble them!
Cook up the center cut bacon to your preference. I microwaved mine for 2 miutes in between a paper towel on a microwave safe dish. You can also air fry, pan cook, or bake!
Once the bacon & eggs are cooked, assemble the crunch wrap by first layering the slice of velveeta, the bacon, then top with the egg. Place the ingredients in the center of the wrap to allow room to fold the sides in. I like to let the egg cool a minute before wrapping.
Start to fold the wrap in by taking in one corner at a time. I start with bottom left, then bottom center, bottom right, top left, top center, top right.
Once its all folder, spray with cooking spray and put into a pan seam side down and cook about 3-4 miutes on one side.
Flip, and cook an additional 3 minutes or so until the wrap is crispy.
Cut in half using a sharp knife (I use a chefs knife) and enjoy!!
