BBQ Jalapeno Popper Chicken Burger

You will fall in love with these juciy, flavorful, low point chicken burgers! They pack a ton of protein, are insanely low point on WW, and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz 98% fat free Perdue ground chicken (or 99% fat free ground turkey)
  • 1 laughing cow light cheese wedge
  • 2 tbsp Rays No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Flavorgod Everything seasoning (or any seasoning of your choice)
  • 16 Grams Lite 50 Cabot Cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, jalapenos, and seasoning
  • Form into 2 even patties
  • Place 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge on top of one of the patties and spread out
  • Place the other patty on top and seal it in
  • Cook in a coated pan on low/medium heat 5 minutes on each side (check the interntal temperature to read 165 degrees)
  • Once cooked add the cheese on top of the burger
  • Place the patty onto a toasted 647 bun, and add the BBQ sauce
  • optional, add a slice of red onion

Notes

The chicken burger patty is only 1 WW point!
