A lower point, lower calorie twist on one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches! Comes in at only 5 Weight Watchers points, and has 30g of protein which will help you stay full!

Ingredients
4ozboneless, skinless chicken breast
1647 Sandwich Roll(or any sandwich roll of your choice)
21gExtra Crispy Shake and Bake
2tbspBolthouse Farms Blue Cheese Dressing
1tbsp tamed jalapenos
1slicered onion
2 tbsphot sauce
Instructions
Pre-heat your air fryer to 375
Cut your chicken breast into a filet, about 1/2 inch thickness
In 2 shallow bowls, add the hot sauce to one, and the Extra Crispy Shake and Bake to the other
Dip the chicken into the hot sauce, then into the Shake and Bake and place in the air fryer for about 13-14 minutes (check with a thermometer depending on thickness of the chicken)
Add the chicken to the bun, top with the blue cheese, jalapenos, and red onion and enjoy!
